The Strategy, Budget, Finance, and Procurement Office supports the administration of the Faculty of Medicine, Chulabhorn Royal Academy. It oversees strategic planning, budgeting, finance, procurement, and the development of Executive Information Systems (EIS) to support decision-making. Guided by good governance, innovation, and the EdPEx framework, the office enhances organizational efficiency and delivers sustainable value to stakeholders.
