Call for Applications: Fellowship Training Program in Medical Oncology,

Round 1, Training Year 2027

An opportunity for physicians seeking to advance their clinical knowledge and expertise in Medical Oncology. The application deadline has been extended to October 15, 2026.

Prospective candidates are invited to submit their applications and supporting documentation via the online portal: [Fellowship Application Form].

Required Application Documents (Please note that hard copies must also be submitted to the office): 1.1 Two (2) clear, 1-inch portrait photographs (taken within the past 6 months). 1.2 One (1) copy of the Medical Degree Certificate. 1.3 One (1) copy of the Official Academic Transcript (Thai version). 1.4 One (1) copy of the National Identification Card. 1.5 One (1) copy of the House Registration. 1.6 One (1) copy of the Medical Practice License. 1.7 Letters of Recommendation (LOR) (Fulfill one of the following criteria):

• Two (2) letters from former instructors/professors, OR

• One (1) letter from a direct supervisor/director. 1.8 One (1) Certificate of Clinical Internship / Skills Enhancement (if applicable). 1.9 An official letter of approval from the applicant's affiliated institution authorizing the training and certifying that a binding contract will be executed upon selection (applicable only to candidates with institutional affiliation). 1.10 Professional Portfolio (if applicable).

Note: All submitted document copies must be duly signed and certified as true copies.

Applicants who fail to submit complete documentation will not be shortlisted for the fellowship interview.
