Announcement of Admission to the Doctor of Medicine Program for the Academic Year 2027, Round 1: Portfolio (Petch Chulabhorn Project)

Available Seats: 14 admissions Application Period: September 14 – October 26, 2026, by 12:00 hrs. via the Online admission system.

1. Applicants must have successfully completed or be currently enrolled in Mathayom Suksa 6 (Grade 12 or equivalent).

2. Applicants must be between 16 and 25 years of age inclusive (calculated as of the date of application submission).

3. Applicants must possess a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPAX) from Mathayom Suksa 4 (Grade 10) up to the date of application of no less than 3.50.

4. Applicants must submit one of the following academic qualifications:

   • A cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.50 in each of the following three subjects: (1) Biology, (2) Chemistry, and (3) Mathematics or Physics; OR

   • An AS or A-Level examination result of 'A' or higher in each of the following three subjects: (1) Biology, (2) Chemistry, and (3) Mathematics or Physics; OR

   • An International Baccalaureate (IB) examination score of at least 6 in (1) Biology (Higher Level) and (2) Chemistry (Higher Level), and a score of at least 6 in (3) Mathematics (Standard Level) or at least 5 in Mathematics (Higher Level); OR

   • An Advanced Placement (AP) Subject Test score of at least 4 in each of the following three subjects: (1) Biology, (2) Chemistry, and (3) Calculus AB, Calculus BC, or Physics 1: Algebra-Based.

5. Official University Clinical Aptitude Test (UCAT) results.

6. Proof of English language proficiency demonstrating one of the following minimum scores: 1) IELTS score of 5.5 or higher, or 2) TOEFL iBT score of 70 or higher. * All submitted test scores must have been obtained within two years prior to the final date of the application period.

7. A formal portfolio (details are as stipulated in the official announcement).
